1st class service

Excellent service

Amazing customer experience

I was in the market for a loan, and having some rejections from other providers, tried a recommendation for a loan from Zopa, as it suggested they had a good track record of lending sensibly to people in my situation. So, I tried, and submitted all the relevant information, and then waited for their reply. Thankfully, they replied within a few days, and I have to say the whole process, including monitoring progress on their site, and feedback, has been much better than I anticipated! Hats off to them for excellent service, definitely recommended :) Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
