Impressed by the personal service in branch

The in bank ATM swallowed my ash withdrawal which left e financially embarrassed. The deputy manager (or whatever Metro call him) gave me an interest free loan without fuss or paperwork until my money was returned (8 days later?) by the company operating the ATM through head office. The staff are unfailingly friendly, which cannot always be easy! Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
