The best way to run personal and business accounts

I have had personal and a business accounts with Starling for several years and it has been a pleasure to be their client. I love the fact their telephones are always answered with a human being, speaking native, correct English without a difficult to understand accent. This is very important as I have poor hearing. The person answering the call always 'owns' it until it's resolution which is always speedy, understanding and personable. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Superb Bank Service so far

I am a newcomer to Starling, but so far so good. The App is simple, uncomplicated and efficient to use. I also use a Starling business account and that too is excellent to use. I have recommended Starling to a few people, but they usually say 'I've never heard of them.....'. There is a resistance to leave the 'big, high street banks' even though they are leaving the High Streets. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021
