Effortless banking

This is how banking should be - from a 5-minute verified application and a card ready to use in my phone to just being able to manage my account without the convoluted approach of most high streets. It’s clear Starling employs talent that designs its products from the customer’s view, not the policy director’s view that the big boys take. Applying for a business bank took minutes, a similar venture with another bank took nearly 3 weeks and nearly pulling my hair out as well as running out of expletives. Banking isn’t difficult but Starling stands out because others make such a meal of it. At least, if it is complicated then Starling have done a brilliant job of keeping it simple.
