Fantastic service

I'm so glad to know that my money is part of an ethical bank and not just for the benefit of, polluting rich companies and individuals. But, one of the best things I found was when calling the team at the bank to discuss my account how helpful and knowledgable they were - got through quickly, no death-by-menu IVR system, and just a happy person who wanted to help on the other line. The new web app is a big improvement too, and now seems better than Yorkshire Bank who I was with before. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
