Excellent communication

As expats dividing our time between Holland and the UK, and stuck in Holland due to the pandemic, we encountered difficulties with our Bank of Scotland account. Communication with them was atrocious. We have been delighted with the ease with which we could establish an account with Starling on-line. We are highly impressed with the speed and accuracy of communication and the use of IT to keep us informed of our accounts. Everything works! Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
