SO simple

I feel like most banks overcomplicate everything, but Starling is really accessible and easy to understand. Also it was super easy to chat to the team through their in-app messaging service, so when there was a time I was really concerned about money that might leave my account, that I didn't want to, I reached out to them and they made me feel like I was protected and that they genuinely cared.
