Easy renewal process

I received my renewal notice by post. Increased by 8% so I phoned to query. Premium instantly reduced to just less than last year. No quibble. It pays to ask. I have never claimed so can only comment on renewals process, but you only find out how good your insurer is when you make a claim. I have high expectations. Reviewed on: 26th July 2017
