Review of the Triodos Bank, Cash ISA:

Principled and helpful

I really like the fact that Triodos invest in sustainable businesses and supports environmental projects. I also really like the fact that a real person answers the phone very quickly and that they are always very helpful. There are no interminable annoying phone menus to navigate which is such a welcome relief. Other businesses give the impression that they would do anything rather than actually speak to a customer and Triodos is a welcome exception. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
