Trust in products and staff

I always read the newsletter, which tells me what the investments are. Although I don't have any idirect nvestments myself, these Ethical matters are very important to me, and I value the fact that what little money I have is doing good.. I also appreciate the care and consideration of staff when I need to phone about one of my 2 accounts. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Confidence in the ethical stance

I believe Triodos would never invest in unethical projects. In addition their online banking is user friendly, and if the need to phone arises, it is easy to get hold of a real person. Staff are efficient & friendly in their dealings with clients. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
