Fair, Easy, Helpful

I was worried at first swapping to a bank without any branches but in fact it is way more convenient. Any problems I've had or questions can be answered and dealt with via the app chat from the comfort of you're own home or wherever you like really! Multiple accounts within one app, easy and fair currency exchange, easy to view spending habits, easy to set different piggy banks for saving towards different things. Cash csn still be paid in via the Post Office and that again is more convenient as there is a greater chance you have a Post Office near you than a high street bank branch. All in all excellent experience and I'll never look back. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021
