Easy to use, both the app and card

Sophie is easy to use via the app. Payments go through almost instantly so the card can be used straight away with the new balance. Customer service is also very good although I've only had to call them once. The reminders fir payments due also help drastically as I often forget. Reviewed on: 18th April 2021
