I have dealt with customer service and the lady asked me to perform an action whilst talking on the phone and the lady noticed that it was taking me more time than others so she has made a note to give me a bit extra time to complete certain requests. I’m 60 years old and need more time to adjust to new technology outstandy customer service. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
