Do not use awful awful

I had to make a claim for a water leak. Still not resolved after 2 years! Useless surveying and water leak detection. Had to get own people in who insurers won’t accept. Useless third party claims department. I am constantly chasing them for a resolution to no avail. Do not touch with a barge pole. Reviewed on: 21st April 2021
