In-branch staff at RBS are great & very helpful

I have remained a loyal customer of RBS because the in-branch staff provide a personal and very helpful service. They know you by name, and go out of their way to assist in any way at all. A trip to the branch is an enjoyable & easy experience. Although there have been one or two issues with RBS on-line Banking, overall I am very satisfied with its ease of use, easy access and flexibility.
