Don't bank with TSB

After changing from a joint account yo a sole person account, my esavings and ISA never merged with the new current account. The result being I could not transfer monies from any of the accounts. I tried to get help with this for three months. I couldn't get anybody to help me at all. The last time I called I got told over the phone by a member of staff that i didn't have an ISA or a savings account with TSB. I gave them my account details and they said again and not in a polite way that I didn't have these accounts and put me through yo the fraud department as they wouldn't believe me. This was the last straw and I have now left this bank. You can never get onto the mobile app or intenet banking nking either. Do not use this bank. Reviewed on: 6th June 2021
