Friendly, efficient service

All staff were very friendly and helpful. What I liked about the service is the thoroughness of the staff to help us and make sure we could afford the repayments. Was also nice to see them face to face to finalise the paperwork, rather than dealing with everything online. The personal touch was most appreciated. Reviewed on: 8th June 2021
