Mobile phone insurance is a waste of time

I sent my phone off twice. They fixed my screen first time, but it came back with a loose fingerprint scanner, sent back again came back looser. They advised replacement in 1-3 days . called to check on 2nd day when it might be and was advised will be 1-3 days from today as they had a stock issue...But no call. Wanted to speak to a manager no one available....Look at this mobile phone company on Trustpilot Lifestyle services Group. All saying the same . If I was nationwide I would review where they have their insurance as its tarnishing their name. Reviewed on: 10th June 2021
