Easy application, quick response & friendly staff

I dreaded the application but it was really simple and easy to understand. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that you were fully aware of what you were doing, and that you were sure you could afford the repayments (which was very reassuring) & I was able to change my direct debit date to my pay date, which means I don't have to worry about it. The process from application to agreement & money in the bank was less than a week. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 11th June 2021
