Excellent Customer Service and Excellent Renewal Charges

When one of my dogs was seriously ill and I had to pay out bills of £8000 plus I could not have had a more speedy response. They even phoned me on a Sunday to confirm some details and a bill I paid on a Friday was settled and in my bank account by the Tuesday. You also speak to real people and it it not all press this button for this etc. In addiition to this when my renewal came through it was more than I expected and they were approached because as a result of the op my dog had done the condition could not reoccur. Excellent Service All Round

When my dog was taken urgently ill I had to act quickly getting him to a specialist unit. The cost was huge and I had to settle the account. The specialist unit sent off my claim and I had the money in my bank account within days (and I mean less than a week). What really impressed me was a query on my claim was dealt with on a Sunday by e-mail. Also you get to speak to people when you phone up and don't get the annoying 'press 3 etc.).
