Aegon sent me a letter to say the money from my pension would be paid in to my account the beginning of June, I’m still waiting and no-one can tell me why there is a delay. The complaints department don’t respond so I have referred this to the Financial Ombudsman - there is no way I would ever touch this company. I feel sorry for the people who work in customer service there because they don’t have answers to any of the queries. Appalling service - I don’t even want to give them 1 star to be honest Reviewed on: 21st June 2023
