2nd loan years apart

I took my first home renovation loan in 2017 paid it back before the end with no early payment fees, when I needed to consolidate some debts to easy the pressure in my life when my health was bad last year.. first company I came to four years later still the best rates around and easy website logged into my account set a new password quoted and approved..
