Brilliant Service

I was in the depths of despair, felt like I was drowning with the weight of the world on my shoulders. I was scared as I felt full of shame, like I was a failure but I finally plucked up the courage to make contact. I thought I would be greeted with judgement but far from it. The staff were so lovely, kind & understanding. When I eventually came of the phone, I felt so light, I was daring to feel happy again, so relieved. It makes such an amazing difference that these lovely people did all the contact with the companies we owed money to, I couldn’t bear the thought of having to do that myself! This is an amazingly brilliant organisation that I would heartily recommend to everyone who has fallen on hard times. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021
