Step change have changed my life, putting me back in control of my spending and sorting out a plan which is achievable for me to pay each month. The customer service is second to none, non-judgemental and whoever I have spoken to on the other end of the phone or an email has always reassured me and dealt with any issues swiftly and professionally.
