Clear process, quick decision, good support

The processes of applying for, accepting and managing loans via Ratesetter are very easy to use and understand. The peer-to-peer lending platform is fantastic - effectively social enterprise in the financial industry. Not all loans are made via the P2P method, but this is made quite clear during application. On the odd occasion that there are technical hitches, their customer support function was quick, friendly and easy to access. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021
