StepChange is a lifesaver

I got the wonderful news I was pregnant after experiencing 2 miscarriages and this should have been the happiest news of my life but I was focused on how I would pay my debts. I had been self-employed for a while and had just landed a contract during the end of the first pandemic so was eligible for any support from my employer: Thankful, StepChange helped me organise my income and got me onto a debt management plan so that I could put my energy towards preparing for my little one.
