Life changing

I had been in a situation where I was being treated very unfairly and as my mental health got worse, the more I was manipualted financially. I got out of this situation and needed someone to help me get out the hole that I'd been buried in and with the support of family, desperately wanted to get out of. With my anxiety, depression and ASD I might not be here if it wasn't for Stepchange. They gave me hope when I desperately needed it. They were my light at the end of the tunnel.
