They do not judge, just help!

I'm coming to the end of my DMP after paying off debt for the last 7 years, I'll be debt free, apart from my mortgage. This is a long time but to be honest it's flew by! Stepchange helped me get back on track, guiding me, liaised with my creditors on my behalf to take the pressure away from me. Always responded to my queries either by telephone or email. Not once did I feel judged, they were so friendly, knowledgeable and just wanted to help. I have recommended them to a few people who are now either debt free or back in control of their debt.
