Kind, Empathetic, Thorough, but most of all, Non-Judgemental

I think, my review title just about sums it up..... The lady I spoke with, Sally, was lovely and made me feel at ease. I had put off asking for help because I had been so embarrassed that I had put myself in this position. I would have no hesitation of recommending Step Change to other people, in fact, I already have!!!! Reviewed on: 18th June 2021
