They saved my life!

I was at the point where everything felt hopeless and I couldn’t see a way out. The letters where piled high, phone was constantly ringing and the small amount of disposable income I had at the end of each month didn’t come close to the demands of my creditors. Step change helped me put things in perspective, organised my debts and gave me that ‘top cover’ I so badly needed. Step change make the recommendations, but ultimately, I decide which way I wanted to manage my debts. I chose to follow the debt management plan. The calls stopped, letters reduced and my life became liveable again. Here I am, ~13 years later and ~10 months from the completion of my DMP. I am very proud of myself and grateful to Step Change.
