Gave us hope and reassurance

In our retirement we were facing a dreadful future of debts that had to be repaid and no income, StepChange showed us the way to remain in our own home and pay off our creditors monthly whilst still having money to live on to pay for food and other essential bills. Peace of mind and reassurance

We are retired and found ourselves in considerable debt due to non payment of monies owing from a 4 year contract , we honestly thought we would have to sell the house and end up homeless. Spoke to Step Change and the peace of !and that we were given when they said they would contact our creditors and placeus on a manageable DMP . We could finally breathe again staying in our home, and month by month paying of the debts and no fear of bailiffs knocking on the door. Cannot thank them enough. Reviewed on: 18th June 2021
