Changed my life

I started saving with the credit union back in the 90's. They have quite literally changed my life, I was able to save and take out loans. I stopped using doorstep lenders and started to take control of my finances. I've been able to save to buy a car and to go on holidays. I feel safe knowing that if I have an unexpected expense that I can manage it without being pushed into expensive debts. The best thing though is that the staff are all wonderful. They are really invested in looking after the members and always make me feel seen as a human being (no call centre at a bank has ever achieved that!) Reviewed on: 18th June 2021
