Can't get in touch with these guys

Been trying to get in touch to try and pay a lump sum overpayment off my loan. Its a nightmare. Don't reply to emails and phones only open when I am at work. Just need to know the protocol to make an overpayment and how this affects my loan Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

Easy to deal with and straight forward application process for me.

I applied via comparison website. Most of the data was carried over except a few things. The rate I was offered match what was on the comparison site, which doesn't always happen, but it should always happen to be honest. Seem fair and honest on this experience. Reviewed on: 21st June 2021
