Family friendly service

We have used cockle finance for a number of years. They always show care, understanding and are always there to help, but at the same time responsible leaders, ensuring that you are comfortable with the repayments. Everything is clearly explained in a language that is understood- no technical jargon - that can sometimes be hard to understand. The people working there are always friendly even when times are tough. We have found everyone from office staff to the collectors to be caring, understanding and always contactable if any problems arise. Brilliant service makes confident and returning customers.
