Step Change literally saved my life.

Step Change literally saved my life. I was a suicide point. Unable to cope with my debts and very little money coming in. No where to turn, until I saw a number for step change. I'm glad I found the courage to ask for help. They didn't judge me. Made it an easy process to fill in the paperwork. Made payments easier to cope with. I can’t praise them enough. Step Change saved my life.

Step Change saved my life. I couldn't see a way forward in coping with my debt. Then I rang Step Change and they took away the stress that was making me mentally ill. They organised my finances, got in touch with who I owed money to and arranged a manageable repayment plan. They never made me feel bad about being in a financial mess. They were kind, considerate and professional. I was suicidal with the stress, and they literally saved my life. Fantastic service. Would recommend whole heartedly. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Lifesavers

So glad I found the courage to call Step Change! My debts were making me I'll with the constant worry of not being able to repay them. Step Change gave me options in a clear concise way, helped me make the right decision and I've now got a payment plan in operation. The relief of pressure is helping my mental health a lot.
