Totally about the customer

I have struggled this year due to covid coming at a time in which I have changed jobs, pennypost have completely understood this from my perspective and allowed me to get to a position paying a minimal amount without hassling me. I am now in a fully sustainable position to make full and over the top payments on my loan and without the stress and doubt on finances that could have been detrimental to my mental health. They have really been great. I really appreciate the way in which everything was handled a really lovely credit agency for the people. Well done PP. Reviewed on: 25th June 2021
