Above and beyond staff, I feel cared for and respected

When my boyfriend went into hospital in the USA, I had to quickly buy a flight to be with him, it cost over £1000, that's a months wage for me, I had to approach Capital Credit Union at the eleventh hour and they came through for me, they really went above and beyond to help me get to where I needed to be. I have had several loans from CCU since joining them in 2010, they never lend without enabling me to save while paying back, so I can maintain a feeling of being in control of the loan, I always have savings accruing whole paying back. Great staff support

Always felt that loans were given responsibly and that staff kept in touch to negotiate smaller repayments to help me out if I was late paying. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2021
