I was stolen!

My account was just blocked FOR NO REASONABLE REASON!! I bought a new phone and I did all the checks asked in the app to authorize the access to my account in the new phone and for no reason my account is now blocked!! My whole money is in the account and Monese does not do anything. Nobody from the compliance team ever contacted me!! They don’t answer emails and nobody pick up the phone. TOTAL SCAM!!
