ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!

Absolutely shocking............ Received an email out of the blue on the 30th of June, asking for invoices and proof of payments through my business account and to confirm some personal shopping purchases. I responded within 2hours of receiving the email. I have a business account with monese and a personal account with a considerable amount of savings. Been paying 25 pounds a month for nearly 2 years. I've been completely ghosted, they are not responding to emails and not picking up calls either. No access to any of my funds. Personal bills have bounced. I cant pay any of my suppliers via the business account. I've had payments from companies I contract for returned. No answer. No customer support. Utterly shocking. More importantly, when do I get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 9th July 2021
