Excellent service at time of need

Provided simple and effective support at difficult time

B2C aided me in developing a debt management plan during a difficult period. The customer service has been examplar with B2C keeping me informed of every step of the process. Equally when circumstances have changed and I have had to contact B2C, the process has been very easy and B2C staff have been very approachable, helpful and quick to respond. Great reliable service
