Excellent service during difficult financial situation

Provided an excellent service during a difficult period to consolidate and manage my outstanding debts. This included interfacing with the various creditors and their aggressive letters. Annual check ins have helped to keep track of debt payment progress and any amendments have been quickly and easily dealt with. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Excellent service at time of need

Provided simple and effective support at difficult time

B2C aided me in developing a debt management plan during a difficult period. The customer service has been examplar with B2C keeping me informed of every step of the process. Equally when circumstances have changed and I have had to contact B2C, the process has been very easy and B2C staff have been very approachable, helpful and quick to respond.
