Very helpful customer service.

For the first time I have had to make an insurance claim for my spaniel. Purely Pets guided me through the process and for making a continuation claim for an ongoing resultant problem. They settled directly with the vet as requested. The lifetime cover is expensive but it is good to know that it works when you need it. Reviewed on: 15th July 2021
