Great Customer Service

I had a really bad month with my mum going into hospital with 2 blood clots in her lungs, then she had a stroke. Our beloved family dog Buddy passed away in the same month die to liver disease. It wouldn't of been possible to manage my mum's insurance policy without the excellent customer service and understanding about our situation. The policy was changed into my name to manage and submit a claim form after spending nearly £2000 to try and save her baby and my best friend. The customer service advisors at Purely Pets aided me in resolving the problems I had trying to manage her policy and help her get through a terrible time, without her present to liaise with the insurance company.
