Flexible and Helpful Service

We had the 4 weeks free walk-away cover and when our puppy broke its leg they let us convert it to a full policy, covered the cost of the fracture repair and they don't include the fracture as a pre-existing cover when we come to renew - which we will because it's saved us thousands already!!
