Can Send Money Anywhere Anytime Apart From Where I Want When I Want

Ring up to do do an international transfer they say. So I did - Tuesday morning at 9am. Got through to someone at 9.25am.
'You will be called by lunchtime by the appropriate team.'
Lunchtime - no response. Called. Told 'Call back promised by end of business banking...'
Nope.
Following day - 8am called, 8.10am registered a complaint. Told I would be called back that day.
Lunchtime, still no response. (Called 11.30 - got through at 11.55 - was told, after 3 attempts of agent trying to connect me to team unsuccessfully - that the team had been messaged, were aware of me, and would call me.'
Two hours later - still nothing. Called again, tried to put me through again, no response, will call me back.
Now, day 3 and 2.30pm and still no call, still no transfer, still no support, 'but they are aware of you...'
How hard is it to pick up a phone for crying out loud.
Shocking.
Their customer service hold statement:
'Use the Think Money App to send money anytime - anywhere....'
MISLEADING - ANYWHERE IN THE UK IT SHOULD SAY!!!
Avoid. There is much better out there.
Angry, annoyed, frustrated, had to call several times, and absolutely terrible, considering I can send money anytime, anywhere, yet can't send to where I want, when I want.
