Excellent and Non judgemental

I rang Step Change a few times before having the courage to speak to them. I was embarrassed that I had got into debt, but it was circumstances rather that stupidity. When I finally spoke to a lovely gentleman about my problems he was so helpful and didn’t judge me or ask me awkward questions, just what he needed to know to get me started on a DMP. Since then I have not looked back and I can sleep at night now. So thank you Step Change. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
