Excellent care and customer service

When in a desperate state and knew I had to take control of my debt, Step Change were patient and considerate. They were also always available when I had any questions or queries. Not just by email but also by phone. So when you felt in a vulnerable state, you could speak to a human who was always clear when explaining and always able to answer any question. I have felt so much better knowing I am paying off my debts in a manageable plan. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
