A bright light when I was in a dark place!

I got to a point when I could not see a way out of the financial mess I was in. One phone call and not only was I given a solution, it was explained my choices and the processes in both a clear and more importantly, a non judgemental manner! I felt the person I spoke to really understood my plight and genuinely wanted to help me. Over the years I have spoken to quite a few staff from the company and have always been given the help and advice I need in a caring and understanding manner!!! I have recommended them to other people who have similar problems to mine already and will continue to do so. They were and still remain a lifeline for me. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
