FREE debt advice.

Let’s face it - you’re coming to StepChange because you need help rationalising finances. I didn’t start with StepChange as I’d never heard of them - they weren’t at the top of the internet search list. I went with someone else that CHARGED me for trying to get out of debt. A monthly fee payable alongside my repayments. Then I found StepChange and the process of them taking on the liaison and management became so simple. Customer service agents were brilliant - understanding and informative. They could answer any query, if not at the time then soon after. I can’t fault the service. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Fantastic, free service

With so many organisations out there that charge for their services, despite the fact people are going to them with money issues, you cannot fault Stepchange. Great on the phone, great via email and simply take the stress out of everything. With everything done on your behalf I don’t understand why they are not more widely known about and why people ever turn to a paid-for service. Simply brilliant. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021
