Helpful and non judgemental!

We went to step change when we were in a massive hole. They were so good. Didn’t judge us for getting into a financial mess! They talked through all the options that we had and what each would mean. They made sure that the decision and option we had gone for was financially viable for us and then talked us through each step. They were so helpful and made us feel calmer about our situation.
