Life saving.

Life saving. During a desperate time when I could see no way out of my situation, the team at StepChange helped give me hope and come up with a plan. I will forever be grateful to these incredible people. They are calm, professional, informative and to me… they were life savers as I could not see a way out. I am now almost debt free and my mental and personal health has been restored due to the help these people gave me. They dealt directly with the banks I owed money to and gave me a step by step plan on how to become debt free. The words to properly thank these people for what they have done, do not exist. Stepchange saved my life.

Stepchange saved my life. I was in trouble and did not know where to turn and they threw me a lifeline and helped me work out a plan to get out of my debt. Over the past 10 yrs, they have helped me sleep peacefully, knowing my debtors are getting monthly payments in amounts I could handle. I am almost debt free now. StepChange has literally saved my life.

StepChange has literally saved my life... I lost my job and became overwhelmed with my bills at they heaped up. When I though I was out of options and had nowhere to go... StepChange helped me. The help I received was kind, professional and non-judgemental. I'm so thankful to a friend for telling me about StepChange. I have been able to pay off my debt at a rate that I can manage and in one year... I will be fully debt free. They have helped sleep again at night and to get my confidence back.
